Individual counselling, one hour session: $140, 1.5 hour session $190  

I recommend 1.5 hour sessions if possible, especially for initial sessions and IFS.  

Couples counselling, 1.5 hour session $220

Some people on low incomes may qualify for funding through the WINZ Disability Allowance for Counselling.
